By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. icinta88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be closed and any balance held may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
3.2 One Account Rule. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) icinta88 account. Multiple accounts held by the same person — whether under the same or different identities, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — are strictly prohibited. icinta88 reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and confiscate any balances or winnings accrued through such accounts.
3.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update your account details promptly if they change. icinta88 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify icinta88 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. icinta88 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
3.5 Jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. icinta88 makes no representation that access to its Platform is legal in all locations.
icinta88 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations. You agree to submit any documentation requested, including but not limited to: government-issued photo identification (MyKad, passport); proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement dated within three months); and proof of payment method ownership.
Withdrawals will not be processed until the KYC process is satisfactorily completed. icinta88 reserves the right to suspend an account pending verification and to close an account if verification documentation is not provided within a reasonable timeframe or if the documents provided are found to be fraudulent or inconsistent.
5.1 Supported Methods. icinta88 currently supports the following payment methods for Malaysian members: FPX bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and other FPX-participating banks), Touch n Go eWallet, and Boost. Additional methods may be made available from time to time at icinta88's discretion.
5.2 Deposits. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. icinta88 does not accept third-party deposits. Deposited funds are credited in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). icinta88 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.
5.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever practicable. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are published in the icinta88 banking section and subject to change. Processing times vary by method and tier; Gold and Black Diamond tier members receive prioritised processing.
5.4 Verification Prior to Withdrawal. icinta88 reserves the right to request additional identity, address, or source-of-funds documentation before approving any withdrawal. This is a regulatory requirement and is not applied arbitrarily.
5.5 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. icinta88 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee in accordance with applicable regulations, after providing advance notice by email to the registered address.
6.1 General. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by icinta88 are subject to these Terms and to the specific terms and conditions of each individual promotion. In the event of conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Contributing game categories and individual game contribution percentages are specified in the promotion terms.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. icinta88 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or recover bonus funds and associated winnings where evidence of abuse, exploitation, arbitrage strategies, or collusion is identified. This includes, without limitation, the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or the use of betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
6.4 Availability. icinta88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or add to any promotion at any time. Promotions are subject to eligibility criteria and may not be available to all members in all circumstances.
All bets and game rounds are subject to icinta88's standard betting rules and individual game provider rules as applicable. In the event of a technical failure — including disconnections, software errors, or server issues — icinta88 will use its reasonable endeavours to resolve bets on a fair basis. Bets placed on events or outcomes that are void, or where there is a demonstrable pricing error, may be cancelled and stakes returned at icinta88's discretion.
The results of all live dealer games and RNG-based games are final once determined. icinta88 does not intervene in game outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, icinta88 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses — even if icinta88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
icinta88's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by you to your icinta88 account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit icinta88's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
icinta88 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the icinta88 Platform, you consent to such collection and processing as described in the Privacy Policy. icinta88 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

You agree that any legal proceedings arising under these Terms must be initiated within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim, or such claims shall be permanently barred.
